Islamic and Scientific Etiquettes of Sleeping

(1) In Islam, it is to be said that you must clean your bed or bedsheet 3 times before sleep.

According to science, the metabolism process in our body is active 24 hours through which new cells born and old cells die.

But when we sleep the dead cells fall down from our body and when we sleep the next day without cleaning the bedsheet.

The dead cells re-enter the body and harm us which causes massive diseases. That’s why scientists also said to clean the bed cover or sheet before sleep.
